Staffordshire County Council has urged drivers to plan ahead as the JCB LIV Golf Championship returns to the JCB Golf & Country Club in Uttoxeter from 23 to 26 July.
The tournament is expected to attract thousands of spectators, competitors and support teams to the area. Roads around the venue and on key routes into the region are expected to be busier than usual during the event.

Economic Boost
This is the third year the JCB LIV Golf Championship has taken place in Staffordshire. The tournament showcases some of the world's leading golfers and is expected to welcome fans from across the UK and beyond, providing a boost to the local tourism economy.
Patrick Allen, Cabinet Support Member for Highways at Staffordshire County Council, said the previous two events had been a huge success and that forward planning would help everyone enjoy the event, reach their destination safely and with less disruption.
